By using this website, making a booking or paying a deposit/full payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
All payments are processed securely by Paystack (PCI-DSS compliant). A booking is confirmed only when payment is successfully received and a reference is issued, and is subject to availability of flights, hotels and visa slots at the time of processing.
All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira per person unless stated otherwise. Prices remain subject to change due to airline fare revisions, exchange-rate movement or Saudi seasonal pricing until payment is confirmed; once paid, your price is locked.
You must provide accurate passport details and truthful supporting documents, hold a passport valid for at least eight (8) months, and obtain required vaccinations. Errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the traveller may attract reissue fees.
We prepare and submit visa applications through accredited channels. The grant, denial, delay or cancellation of any visa or permit (including Nusuk/Raudah permits) remains at the sole discretion of the relevant government authority and is not guaranteed by the agency.
Airlines, hotels and governments may change schedules, routes or entry rules. Where such changes occur, we will offer a suitable alternative, date change or credit. We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including pandemics, war, strikes, weather and government closures.
Zinat Travels acts as an agent arranging services provided by third parties (airlines, hotels, operators). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount actually paid for the affected service, excluding losses caused by third-party suppliers, for which the supplier's conditions of carriage/use apply.
Pilgrims must comply with the laws and religious regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The agency is not responsible for penalties arising from a traveller's personal conduct violations.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and available as an add-on. Unless explicitly included in a package, coverage for medical emergencies, trip interruption or lost baggage is the traveller's responsibility.
Cancellations are handled strictly per our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refunds, where due, are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after deductible third-party costs.
Your personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy and the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall first be addressed amicably; failing that, they submit to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.

How we collect, use and protect your personal data — in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023.
Booking data (full name, email, phone, trip choice, number of travellers), payment references, and documents you voluntarily submit for visa or admission processing. Card numbers and CVVs are entered only into Paystack's secure checkout — we never see or store them.
To process bookings and payments, issue receipts, arrange visas/flights/hotels, provide customer support, send booking updates, and — only with your consent — occasional offers and travel tips.
Paystack (payment processing), airlines, hotels and accredited visa channels strictly as needed to deliver your booking, and authorities where legally required. We do not sell your data.
Booking and accounting records are kept for up to six (6) years as required by tax and audit law; marketing data until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@zinattours.com.ng. You may also lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Site traffic is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS); payments run on Paystack's PCI-DSS infrastructure; staff access to client files is role-limited.
We do not place advertising cookies. Your browser may store minimal preferences locally; embedded videos are served by your device directly.
Services for minors are booked and managed by a parent or guardian, whose consent covers the child's data.
Visa and hotel processing necessarily transfers limited data to partners in Saudi Arabia and other destinations, under confidentiality obligations.
Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
Clear, fair rules that protect both you and the agency.
Visa fees become non-refundable the moment the application is submitted to the issuing authority. If we have not yet submitted, a full refund less a ₦25,000 processing fee applies.
If we cancel a group departure (excluding force majeure), you choose between a full refund or transfer to another date/package at no extra cost. In force-majeure cases, unused supplier-refundable amounts are passed to you, or we hold the value as a 12-month travel credit at your option.
One free date change is allowed per booking when requested 21+ days before departure, subject to availability; fare or hotel differences (if any) are payable.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 working days. Bank charges imposed by intermediaries are deducted where unavoidable.
